Did you know that before World War II, everyone would roast and grind their coffee?
With the invention of instant coffee for the troops, the entire coffee industry shifted.
I wanted to bring back the small batch of precise roasting that once was the only way to enjoy a cup of joe.
Over the last few years, I’ve roasted beans from all over the world, but the beans from Costa Rica have had the flavor and consistency I was looking for.
